Who Is Chris Lane?
When Chris Lane was in diapers he got bit by a sound bug. The venom soon led him to pick up a tenor saxophone, a set of drums, and eventually his laptop becoming an award-winning sound designer, professional DJ, mixing and mastering engineer, and music producer for various productions across the nation from theatre, to film, to major live stage tours. With his varied acoustic skillset, Lane is known to bring a new height of specificity and sonic quality to production.
Born in Baltimore, Lane has served as Sound Designer for various theatrical productions across the nation. His regional credits include work at: Alliance Theatre, Denver Center for the Performing Arts, Seattle Children's Theater, Milwaukee Repertory Theater, The Old Globe, Westport Country Playhouse, George Street Playhouse, Alabama Shakespeare Festival, Geva Theatre Center, The Kennedy Center, and more.
